This software has the ability to output high efficiency milling toolpaths. This new style of toolpath will greatly reduce the wear on our endmill and will create a more constant load on our spindle.
Combining this new CAM package with our new 4th axis from Haas will make it possible to machine 4 clamps at the same time, getting three setups on each piece. This means we can get the equivalent of 12 setups per cycle start, amazing !
Stay tuned for some cool video of it in action.

Here is a few items we plan to work on.
Here is a GIF that shows the result of the scan we did. You can see the different components popping into place.
Stay tuned !
]]>We will be able to update our product line for the next season !
Link, triple clamps, swing arm pivots and probably replacement brackets for the OEM integrated clip ons.

Dream Team Company was at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya to do some testing on their newly built WSBK Aprilia RSV4 and Superstock Aprilia RSV4.
For the 2018 season, they decided to get our triple clamps and linear suspension link for both their RSV4. Our standard parts were good for their superstock series but for their WSBK bike, we went ahead and did a custom clamp for the Ohlins FGR forks.
Feedback was great, riders felt like they could easily pinpoint the bike in corners. More tests to come in Spain to fine-tune the engine.

To fix these issues, Performance Boutique wanted to create a billet valve cover that could take heat and power, while looking as sexy as possible.
With our Creaform laser scanner, we were able to reverse engineer the stock valve cover. The most intricate task was to replicate the gasket groove. Once this was drawn up in CAD we could start to program for the CNC. The slab of aluminum needed weighs 145 lbs. Once machined, it goes down to about 9 pounds.
Tests went well at Performance Boutique so we started producing them a few at a time.
This N54 billet valve cover can be found here.
]]>They are creating a custom air intake box for their GSX-R600 engine. Overall we felt that this part was beautifully designed with manufacturability in mind.
Getting the 45-degree features was a bit of a challenge but it turned out great in the end.
Enjoy the pictures.

At stock height, the bike is a bit high, for the not so tall riders. To make sure everybody can be comfortable on this motorcycle we came out with a lowering link.
Riders can get the GS310 lowering link in 2 configurations, 25mm or 40 mm drop.
Available on the website here.
]]>Following some tests at the Suzuka Circuit last weekend, the ActiveLink TIO Verity team from Japan who compete in the 8 hours endurance race decided to get another set of link and pivots for their S1000RR B bike.
Best of luck!

Cool stats:
]]>
Stay tuned, a prototype should be out within a month.
]]>We currently have a Honda CBR1000RR in the shop. We recently took it apart and scanned the different components so we can design our own triple clamps. We see some similarities with the Honda CBR600RR, bottom fork diameter are the same and so is the mounting distance between the two forks. This means we can reuse the bottom clamp. Too bad the stem and top triple are very different between the two bikes.
Stay tuned for the prototypes.
Time to take apart the RSV4. Reviews of our suspension link have been great so we thought it would be nice to offer triple clamps as well.
We have our first CAD model of the top clamp, trying to keep it simple, unique and looking good at the same time. For this Aprilia, we have no choice to keep the same step down in the RSV4 top clamp. Otherwise, it might be an issue for people who drop their forks for their setup.
]]>Next project is a set of triple clamps for the 2011-2015 Kawasaki ZX-6R.
The bike's stock offset is set at 26mm, these clamps will permit 22mm to 27mm in 1mm increments.
We will also provide as an option the possibility to add a steering damper the same way they are installed from the factory on the ZX-10R.
Coming soon !
]]>Our own clip ons coming up !
Another product we have been working on are clip ons for a variety of bikes. The most common dimension is 50 mm. For now, we are concentrating on 50, 51, 53 and 55 mm. The angle of the tube is 7 degrees and we will offer a short and long tube. The longer tube will be useful to mount our lever guards that act as a clamp. With these clip ons, the hinge make it easier and quicker to take them on and off the bike.
]]>We will do some tests on the brand new GSX-R1000 with a brand new linear link. We are hoping it will improve traction closer to the edge.
We also looked at some swingarm pivots, but then realized Suzuki did not even use them on this new bike, that’s a bummer.
]]>We have been working on our own lever guards. The first prototype was installed with a bolt in the bar. We also want to offer a model that clamps on the bar.
Here is our latest lever guard prototype. The bolt is way too intrusive on the palm of the hand. Our 3rd try will have a slot on the inside, with a bolt in the middle of the guard. Let’s keep it slim at the throttle tube.
We will be making more sizes in the future, stay tuned !
]]>Big thanks to Chris Brent for leaving his bike with us at the shop.
We think we have a good solution for the link that drops the progression ratio from 18% to 6%. The first prototype will be machined soon !
